Creative: 3 minute doc animation
Objectives
Bold Creative was appointed by BBC1’s Newsround to create factual animation stories to be screened on-air to highlight child poverty, which was to appeal and inform the rpogrammes' young audience.
Strategy
Following a six-month consultation process by the BBC to identify the best case studies; Bold Creative spent considerable time with Dillon and his family to fully understand and translate his story.

Output
Bold Creative worked with the sensitive and highly personal material to create a 3 minute innovative 2-D and 3-D animation, which told Dillon’s personal first hand account of how poverty had impacted his young life and his family.
